Parking is available free on site.
An event designed for young and old
We know that homeschooling is a family adventure. That’s why the conference features specially designed areas for children, with books, coloring pages and games in every conference room. Interactive workshops for children will also be available. . It should be a great day of learning and fun for the entire family!
Reminder: Children must remain under parental supervision at all times.
Hotel Accommodations
AQED has negotiated a discount with Hotel Alt Quebec for a room at 219$/night. All rooms have only one bed (Queen or King) with the possibility of a foldable bed for a child.
To take advantage of this offer, you must book your room directly with the hotel by phone, mentioning the “Homeschooling Conference” group, before August 11, 2026. No rooms are being held aside; it’s first come, first served.

Meals
Options available on-site:
The hotel restaurant offers a special table d’hôte menu for $29 (instead of $33), including a hot soup. Service is typically provided in less than an hour.
Variety of restaurants in the area:
Several restaurants are also easily accessible near the hotel.
Since the hotel has its own restaurant, outside food is not permitted.
Tickets and registration
New this year!
Admission to the site will be free! However, registration is still required. Come meet our volunteers, exhibitors and other families to discover the beauty of homeschooling or share a marvelous moment with fellow homeschooling families.
A fee is required to access the conferences , charged on a per-session basis depending on how many you wish to attend. Tickets for conference will be available in May.
